Antonelli Baseball

Four day summer baseball clinic with lead instructor Matt Antonelli and the Antonelli Baseball staff. Open to all players ages 8 to 14. The clinic will take place at Eiras Park, 477 Haverhill St. Rowley, Massachusetts and be offered in two separate sessions:

Session 1: July 22-25, 2024

Session 2: August 5-8, 2024

Players will receive instruction in the following areas:

• Hitting - Players will learn how to develop an elite swing using our techniques and drills. They will also learn a mental approach to hitting that will help them stay confident and relaxed on game day.

• Fielding and Throwing - Players will have the opportunity to learn all positions on the field (or can focus on their primary position). They will be put through our daily throwing progression to maintain a healthy arm while developing proper mechanics to enhance their arm strength and accuracy. They will also go through drills to utilize proper fielding mechanics and techniques.

• Pitching - Players will learn the proper mechanics to use to stay healthy and protect their arm while also throwing the baseball with more accuracy and better command.  

• Base Running and Speed / Agility Training - Players will learn the fundamentals while also gaining an understanding of the mental side of base running​​​​​​.

• Games - Every day will end with games! Games will be broken up by age group to ensure all players are of similar skill levels.

What to bring:

• Baseball hat
• Cleats - plastic, molded, or metal 
• Water bottle and nut free lunch
• Sunscreen
• Baseball Equipment (glove, bat, helmet, etc.)

• Please arrive at 9 AM for sign-in each day
• Camp will end at 2 PM each day for pick-up
